Great value for a first purchase

This was my first time buying from Beverly Rug, and I was looking for a good deal on an outdoor rug for my patio. I ended up getting a large Patio Rug during one of their seasonal sales, and with the free shipping, the price was really competitive. I compared it to a few other sites and Beverly Rug offered the best value for the size and style I wanted. The rug arrived in about a week, and it seems quite sturdy for outdoor use. I appreciated not having to pay extra for delivery on such a big item. It felt like a smart purchase and I got a lot of rug for my money.

Love my new kitchen rug!

I got a Washable Kitchen Rug and I just adore it! The colors are so vibrant and it really brightened up my kitchen. It feels so soft underfoot too. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. I'm already planning my next purchase, maybe a runner for the hallway! Definitely recommend Beverly Rug!

Good quality, minor shipping issue

I ordered a 5x7 Modern Geometric Rug for my living room. The rug itself is quite nice, feels durable, and the design looks just like the pictures online. I was happy with the price point for the quality. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in Atlanta, which was a bit longer than I expected for something in stock, but it arrived well-packaged. My only small gripe is the tracking update wasn't super frequent, so I wasn't always sure where it was. Overall, a solid purchase and good value.

Consistent quality and service

I've ordered from Beverly Rug several times now, and they've always been reliable. This time I needed a new Hallway Runner, and just like my previous purchases, the quality of the rug was exactly what I expected. The description and photos on the site are accurate. Shipping was prompt, arriving in 4 days this time, which was consistent with my past experiences. It's why I keep coming back – I know what I'm getting, and it's always good for the price.

Does Beverly Rug have PayPal as a payment option? I prefer to use that if I can.

C Cleo 1 month ago

I used my credit card, but I'm pretty sure I saw PayPal at checkout. Most online stores have it these days.

R Raj Doyle 1 month ago

Yeah, they do. I paid with PayPal for my last order without any issues.

Does the 10% off for first order stack with the free shipping deal, or is it just one or the other?

R Ryan Kim 2 months ago

I'm pretty sure shipping is always free, so the 10% off is just an extra bonus. That's how it worked for me last month.

M Megan F. 2 months ago

Yeah, free shipping is automatic on all orders. So you can use your first order discount on top of that.

Thinking about getting one of the 70% off clearance rugs. Are those final sale or can you still return them if they don't work out?

T Tara 1 month ago

I got a clearance rug once and I'm pretty sure it was still returnable, but always check the specific product page or their returns policy just to be safe. Sometimes deep discounts have different rules.

D Derek H. 1 month ago

My understanding is that their general return policy applies to most sales, but for those super deep clearance items, sometimes they do make them final sale. I'd double check the fine print before buying one of those.

Thinking of ordering a patio rug for my new place in Miami. How long does shipping usually take to Florida?

J Josh W. 2 months ago

I'm in Orlando and it took about a week for my area rug to get here. Seemed pretty standard.

N Nick Carter 2 months ago

Mine was like 5-7 business days to Tampa Bay. They ship from somewhere in the US, so it's not crazy long.

How do Beverly Rugs compare to Ruggable? Especially for washable rugs.

D Dana Marsh 2 months ago

Ruggable is a bit pricier and has that two-piece system. Beverly Rug's washable ones are just one piece, which can be easier. Quality-wise, I think Ruggable might feel a bit more premium, but Beverly Rug is a fraction of the cost for something that still works well.

E Emma Osei 2 months ago

I have both. Beverly Rug is good for the price, definitely. Ruggable's designs are maybe a bit more unique, but if you're looking for an affordable, washable option, Beverly Rug is perfectly fine. The washability is good on both.

What's their return policy like? If I get a rug and it just doesn't work with my decor, is it a hassle to send back?

S Sam 1 month ago

Nah, it was super easy for me. I returned a kitchen runner because the color was off for my cabinets and they processed it quickly. Just make sure you keep the original packaging.

M Mike B. 1 month ago

Returns were fine. Just initiate it through their website within the return window. I think you might pay for shipping back, but don't quote me on that for sure.

Hey, I'm looking at a 5x7 rug for my living room. Is Beverly Rug pretty true to size or should I size up a little?

S Sam J. 2 months ago

From my experience, they're pretty spot on. I got a runner last month and it was exactly the dimensions listed.

P Phil 2 months ago

Yeah, what they say is what you get. Don't think you need to size up unless you just want a bigger rug overall.

Are Beverly Rugs actually good quality for the price? Like, is it worth it compared to some other budget brands?

M Mia L. 2 months ago

I've been really happy with mine. Got a washable one for under the dining table and it holds up great to spills and dog hair. For what I paid, it's a solid deal.

P Paula Kaur 2 months ago

They're decent. Don't expect super thick wool or anything, but for synthetic rugs, they're pretty good. Especially the non-slip ones, those are a lifesaver.
